2/3 cup Mayonnaise 1/4 cup sugar 3 Tablespoons Milk 2 Tablespoons vinegar 1/2 teaspoon salt 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1 1/2 pounds shredded cabbage 1 carrot, peeled and grated
Combine mayo, sugar, milk, vinegar, salt and pepper into a bowl and stir with a wire whisk until smooth and well mixed.
In a large bowl, toss the cabbage, carrot and sauce until well blended. Store in covered bowl in the fridge for several hours or over night before serving.
