1 tbsp cornstarch 2 tbsp water 2/3 cup rice vinegar 1/2 cup brown sugar 2 tbsp ketchup (try homemade ketchup!) 2 tsp soy sauce Red Pepper Flakes (to taste) 5 pork chops vegetable oil 2 green bell peppers cut (small-medium) 1 red bell pepper cut 1 onion cut in half rings (small-medium) flour mix with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder (to taste) flour 2 eggs 1/2 stick butter Cut pork chops into cubes. Flour them, dip in egg wash, then dip again in flour mixture. Fry in oil until golden brown (about 3-4 minutes). Set aside. In a skillet saute onion and peppers until starting to get soft. Set aside. In a bowl mix water and corn starch. Set aside. In a large saucepan mix rice vinegar, brown sugar, ketchup, soy sauce, and pepper flakes and bring to a boil. Boil for 1-2 minutes and then add the water and corn starch mixture. Let thicken. Add your fried pork and sauted onion/green peppers. Mix well. We serve this over white rice.
