64oz Ketchup 2 Pints white vinegar 4 C Sugar 2 C Vegetable oil 2 tsp Salt 4 T garlic powder 2 gallon hot peppers 4 lb hotdogs
Wash peppers and remove seeds. Slice hotdogs and peppers in rings/circles. Combine ketchup, vinegar, sugar, oil, salt, and garlic. Bring to a boil. Add peppers and hotdogs. Return to boil. Cook 10 minutes
Pour into pints. Leave 1/2" headspace. Bring up to 10lb and turn heat off.
