This stuff is so awesome! It eliminates the need to "grease and flour" pans for anything that calls for it. I use it when I bake cakes, muffins, brownies, etc. Have you priced a can of Baker's Ez lately? It's horribly expensive (not to mention it contains chemicals and aerosol)! This is very inexpensive to make and one batch lasts a long, long time. The first batch I used of this took me almost two years to use up!
1/2 cup oil 1/2 cup vegetable shortening 1/2 cup flour
Place all ingredients into a mixing bowl.
With electric mixer, mix together until it is the consistency of marshmallow cream.
Store in a bowl with a tight lid. I keep mine in the refrigerator. It does tend to slightly separate in storage. If it does then give it a quick stir with a spoon.
