Use this in place of Bisquick where it is called for in a recipe.
5 1/2 cups all purpose flour
1 teaspoon Baking Soda
3 Tablespoons Baking Powder
1 cup shortening
Place dry ingredients in a large bowl, add shortening and cut into the flour mixture until the shortening pieces are very small.
