1/3 cup paprika 1/3 cup salt 1/3 cup ground black pepper 1 cup brown sugar
Take 2 large whole chickens, rinse with cold water and pat dry inside and out.
Cover each chicken, inside and out generously with the rub.
Place each chicken on a half a can of beer (use beer can stands if you have them, if not use a roasting pan)
Once each chicken is secure and sitting upright on the cans pin the wings back and add more rub!
Roast uncovered in a 350 degree oven for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
Remove from the oven and let set for 20 minutes before carving / cutting / demolishing!
Note: You can do this on an outdoors grill if you have a high enough lid and a temperature control. Don't set the chickens directly over the burners.
